- FAfatima abdullahFeb 24, 20261.0This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone move there. Be sure to carefully review your lease agreement and keep a paper trail of everything, as they will upcharge you, add extra fees, and send you to collections. The management lacks communication and is very deceptive, which made my experience extremely frustrating.
- FEFaith ElizabethJul 5, 20221.0HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE HERE VERY UNSAFE GET A CAMERA IF YOU LIVE HERE THEY RACIALLY PROFILE TOO! Staff walked in on me undressed with no notice because they thought I wasn’t home when they knocked second time they came in with no notice and no knock many people left here before their lease ended because of khan and the weird guy with glasses they turn peoples key fobs off mess with mail enter in houses when they think people are gone I talked to GINA ESTREM the regional manager she is very unprofessional as well called me a liar.. like I just woke up one day wanting to start issues where I was trying to live in peace mind you I work 5-6 12HR shifts every week so they literally had no reason to start messing with me I was never even home to be an issue they just saw I had a black boyfriend and started harassing. Also you can’t even use the amenities never been at a place where the amenities only stay open if staff is there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I GOT OUT AFTER 9months just HORRIFYING!
- LLLoveleejuanita LynnJan 18, 20221.0Management is really bad when I first moved in almost a year ago someone broke my car window Nothing was done someone has been holding and keeping my mail.. the lady Khon in the office saying that my daughter is on camera Violating something someone’s Property of some sort I don’t know anything about that but I do know that I don’t have a daughter.. so she Decides to deactivate my fob key to enter my door she must not know that’s an illegal lock out it’s against the law she can go to jail it’s a misdemeanor and no it’s not a dead battery the maintenance just changed it two weeks prior who hired this lady really she Made a huge mistake
