  1 year living here; The apartments themselves are actually fine, but I highly recommend that prospective residents look elsewhere due to the awful new administration staff. It’s not only my opinion, but it seems an overall consensus among residents. A property is only as good as the team running it, and the current management here is unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and move somewhere else.

  Residence of this building bring their dogs to the service trail along the rail road and don't clean up after them. So much dog shit all over the trail and not to mention the amount of garbage they little too. All around the back of the building, people throwing random detritus into nature and devaluing the area. Shameful. I'd give 0 stars if I could for the lack of care and respect the owners have for the land around them.

  I have lived at Waterstone Place for over 16 years. Leah, in the leasing office does a great job communicating to the residents. She and her staff are very cordial and professional. The location is excellent. Convenient to both downtown and the western suburbs. New interior upgrades are being made to the units and common spaces.
