  The new internet you are forcing us to pay for is not good. Also if you’re going to have the sprinklers going all the time (we get rain here) you should probably get the grass cut more than once a month. With that said- love the apartment itself. Very spacious, and the new renovations to the outside of the buildings and parking lot are excellent.

  Rent increases are not sustainable, most people's income don't increase at this pace. I appreciate that you are trying to upgrade the property but make sure you do it in a way that doesn't feel cheap (poor paint job). Don't add features that people don't ask for and then force them to pay for it.

  staff is very helpful, the apartment building and grounds are kept clean and maintained. necessary upkeeps are done in a timely basis. communication is excellent.

  So far the maintenance and leasing team have been great! We moved in last week when the weather turned hot. There was an AC problem but both maintenance and officer were there to help effectively and efficiently. Josh was very helpful and friendly. AC is working and little maintenance requests are handled quickly and done well. Keep up the good work!
