  The apartment complex is beautiful and Management is nice so far. The reason why I gave a 3 stars is because the move in experience was really tough. When we toured the unit, it was fine but when we moved in, the carpet and room had a really strong odor that just wouldn't go away despite shampooing and using baking soda but Management escalated it right away and got the carpets replaced so I'm very thankful for that. The unit had been vacant for sometime so the faucets etc had black particles but maintenance ordered new replacements and is scheduled to replace them soon. The underground parking is pretty spacious but it's just our stall that is smaller so it's hard to park there because we are by the pillar and a car that is parked a little over our side. The apartment is next to hwy 169 so noise can be loud but if you're okay with highway sound, it's fine. The space is still really beautiful and neighbors are respectful and quiet. I don't mind the hwy sound much but just sharing. Overall, it was tough moving in because of the strong odor in the unit. It made it very difficult to stay in until it got replaced. Parts of the odor still lingers throughout the unit so Management offered support and I plan to ask for help to reduce the smell more. My experience is not a reflection of all other units. I'm sure it's just this specific unit but Management is nice and I hope that we can work all of this out together.

  Moved in last weekend and Chase and Kathy were very helpful and made the move so easy. The apartment is beautiful and clean and was ready to move in.

  I have been contemplating posting a review for Overlook On the Creek for some time now... My girlfriend and I were one of the very first people to move into this complex upon its grand opening. While we were very happy with the amenities, location and apartment based on what we saw via their website, we became extremely dissatisfied once we had moved in. For the price you pay, everything was done extremely cheap - our floors were buckling, features on the washer and dryer didn't work, etc. Additionally, yes, we have a dog and the building is dog friendly, but a program had to be put in place to mitigate the amount of feces that was being left by other residents (feces literally everywhere). The program was very expensive and required by everyone - it was put in place to entice people to pick up after their dog or they would be fined for each offense. This did not resolve the issue nor did management enforce the program they required everyone to pay for. Lastly, we were very dissatisfied with the service of the management team. Nothing seemed to be taken seriously nor did they handle anything in a timely fashion. All of these issues for the hefty price you pay to live here, in my opinion, is not worth it.
