The place always stinks, a fire door handle broke and it took months to get anything put in its place, and when they did put something there, it was a standard door knob with a large metal plate that makes the door more difficult to open. My heat went out and their solution after ignoring it for four days was to bring in space heaters that popped the breakers in less than a minute. The garage doors were stuck open for months because of a sensor that needed to be replaced. When it came time for renewal they wanted a $150 a month rent increase when the area has an average of a 10% DECREASE in rents. Then to try and keep me after I find the apartment on rent.com for $100 less than I was paying, they offer to ask if they can leave my rent where it was.
Mike was alright, but Damien lied to me, failed to communicate in a timely manner and should be fired.
Been trying to reach the property manager for several weeks to months now. We stop in person, call during business hours, email, and get no response. Maintenance doesn’t respond to emergency calls for 5+ hours. The site is filthy and no one ever takes out the garbage to the dog clean up station. They said they would fix pot holes and caused a huge commotion getting everyone to move their cars and threatened towing to just patch a couple spots. Everything is flooded especially the garage. We would at the very least like to get a response from someone!

Damien in the leasing office is highly responsive and cares about the tenants experience here. Would recommend living at Claremont to a friend thanks to his diligence.

So far so good! Been living here for a month now. Had a few hiccups with my apartment not being cleaned before my move in date... Mike and Damien were quick to reimburse me for the clean up I had to do before I actually moved into my apartment. A couple down sides so far are the trash cans kind of being left out in front of the garage doors, making it harder to get in and out of the building. Also, the apartment smells like weed in the halls fairly consistently, but that's not a management thing so much as a tenant thing. Overall its been very quiet, and a good price for what you get!

This place is awful, I wouldnt recommend moving in here to my worst enemy. The management team is awful and takes forever to reply and is very uncooperative. The maintenance team is a huge nuisance to anyone living here. They block the garage door with the garbage cans multiple times a week, you may have to get out and move a dumpster to leave. They will also park cars behind your parking spot in the garage for "easier access" to what theyre working on, again you will probably get stuck in your parking spot and be unable to leave or park in your spot all while management and maintenance are impossible to get in contact with. All the trees on the property were cut down for no reason so the pictures are misleading. The apartment buildings are so run down that theyre disgusting and falling apart, but good thing management decided to renovate the leasing office. Packages are dropped off at the leasing office so you have to walk a few block even in the winter to get your packages. Lastly the elevators break down pretty much weekly with maintenance taking 1-2 weeks to fix it so Id say it works less than half the time. Terrible place to live
