DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is single handedly the worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life. The management and staff is non-existent. They will SCAM you on your utility and energy bills. They charge a $90 monthly “community fee” that they normally hide from you until the day you sign. You literally cannot call anyone at the leasing office. They will not answer. And good luck leaving a message. They won’t get back to you. The buildings are poorly maintained. They smell. The hallways are dirty. People leave their old furniture and junk all over the halls and main lobby’s. Nothing is ever done. Trash piles up in the trash chutes every weekend. This place needs to be investigated. It’s a complete scam

DO NOT RENT HERE. Rented a studio apartment as I travel majority of the work weeks. My electric bill is HUNDREDS of dollars for 8-15 days I’m there every month and every time I emailed management to get it looked at they do not respond. I singed this lease with the expectations of spending $1100 a month, but instead with all the hidden fees it is nearly $1400
I had to report them to the fire chief for a hazardous emergency door they refused to fix until they got a notice in the mail. Hallways reek of urine. My A/C unit was broken for 2 weeks during peak 90 degree humid weather and say blamed the issue on the elements. After the 4/5 time begging them they finally replaced the unit. Management might as well be a group of monkeys. Not sure who is ever at the office, but when they are they are literally hiding from you until you finally catch them peaking to see if you left. Yes, this exact thing happened to me…

If I could give zero starts I would, I don’t even know where to start with this place. I moved here about 1 year ago and I’m so glad my lease ended because I couldn’t wait to get out of this place. Management is there for nothing, they don’t help at all. When it comes to the accounting team they always answer with such an attitude as is they don’t want to be there. The building is really old and the apartments always have some sort of issue. I’ve lived in old apartments before but management has been super helpful in other places. This place is nothing like that it was always so stressful with them. We moved in winter and the windows were broken, we spent the first 3 days cold and we had to put tape around them to survive that March winter. The kitchen was not turning on, the shower head came off and the laundry system was inoperable. The outlets kept running out of power. We got tired of calling maintenance. Once again the biggest issue was with the way management is set up, they don’t seem to listen or acknowledge you once you moved in. I’m not the type to write reviews but please listen to the advice and save yourself the trouble. They also show you a model of the apartment before signing the lease that’s why I thought it was the perfect place. Nothing to do with the apartment we got. Even now that we’ve moved out I had to call regarding a check that was supposed to be sent back since we paid the whole month of moving even thought it was supposed to be a prorated fee but they will send a check back which I’m okay with. It’s been 36 days since our move out date and no check has been sent. I called they’re account team td and once again, answering with such attitude she told me to keep waiting or if I wanted the check to be sent again I would have to pay the stop fee, like why would I pay extra to have a check sent to me? No info was given other than to keep waiting, I’m just so tired that I didn’t even want to keep calling them, I dreaded that call because I knew it was gonna ruin my mood. I don’t understand why the attitudes are there. I really really really don’t recommend this place, please listen to the other comments as well, I should have done the same before moving here .

I moved in and multiple things were broken (dishwasher, AC, etc). Maintenance is extremely hit or miss. The dishwasher is still broken 3 months into my lease. They'll send people out every once in a while so they can say they did anything but they only fix things if it's easy. AC, dishwasher, toilet, shower, all have needed multiple maintenance requests and repeated calls to the office before anything at all was done.
Moving in was a nightmare because they don't communicate. I had my move in date delayed at least 4 times.
Other small things, they don't clean up around the property so there's constantly goose poop and other trash laying around. The stairwell has smelled like pee since we moved in and just generally has a dingy vibe with holes in the wall. The door to the building doesn't always latch so anyone could just walk in.
I wish I could give them more stars but I just can't in good conscience rate them higher until things change around here. I actually like my apartment a lot, it would be great if they invested in better maintenance both for the apartments and the grounds. The only person I really interacted with was Mike and he is very nice.

I lived at Claremont Apartments for 4 years. My experience at the apartment was bad. Firstly, it’s difficult to drive through the parking lot. There are many potholes that need to be fixed. I also thought residents at the apartment were very rude. Numerous residents were unwilling to report inappropriate behavior that occurred at the apartment. The good thing about the apartment, though, is that the maintenance employees would quickly deal with work order requests. I also thought the property managers at the apartment were very considerate. For example, when my heater wasn’t working in my apartment, they would offer a heater that I could utilize for the time being until a maintenance employee fixed the heater in the apartment I lived in.
