  I went on a tour with the manager and I really enjoyed the experience of it all! The building has a locker so the packages don’t get stolen!! Shannon was an absolute delight answering my 100+ questions.

  We loved living at Zest! Great location - walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, gas station, and Minihaha Creek. The second floor apartments facing the gas station have huge balconies (enough for an 8 person patio table and raised garden bed), the open concept layout makes entertaining easy, and we rarely heard our neighbors. Jonathon is an amazing manager and super helpful! The only reason we left was because we bought a house :)
