Our living experience with Viridium was very positive. Management was responsive to any requests, and we always felt at home here. The layout was beautiful, and the price more than fair for the location and amenities. There is no pool or rooftop, but the sauna, hot tub, gym, and shared spaces more than make up for what it is "missing". The building feels bright and vibrant, and I always felt proud showing friends and family where I stay. If considering the North Loop this should be high on your list of places to check out.

I have lived in the Viridium for 2 years in a 2 Bed/2 Bath and have just moved out. There is a lot to say about the apartment, so to break it down: Positives: The Location- In my opinion this is the best place to be located in the North Loop. A few blocks away from all the Bars and Restaurants, and with it being a few blocks away, it is relatively quiet which is perfect. The Staff- I see some reviews being tough on the staff, and I won’t lie I felt a bit questionable towards them when they first started. They however are very friendly, easy going, and really do try their best for the building. They had to take on multiple issues when joining (saw somebody say they broke the hot tub, which isn’t true, the previous management company did) and ultimately got them situated. They are also very courteous. They made sure to always reach out a few days in advance about upcoming tours for my unit which made it easy to plan around. Units- Beautiful units and appliances. Never had an issue except with the pull-down kitchen faucet. Broke twice in 2 years. Negatives: The Amenities- From the smaller gym with limited equipment, to pretty small community areas, to a smaller sauna/hot tub area, the Viridium doesn’t really offer much. The winter garden is a nice space, but it’s a small space that gets awkward if there’s more than 1-2 people in there. No rooftop or pool is a bit disappointing as most other apartments in the area have at least one of those things. Safety- The area itself is very safe. The Viridium It isn’t UNSAFE, but there were multiple break-ins (more so early on when I first moved in), but I had a few interactions with people in the parking garage including a person hiding in a random corner and one who I watched go up the public elevator and steal packages. End of the day it is downtown in a bigger city so things like this happen. Parking- There are no guest spots in the garage, and parking in the area can be difficult, so that can make it challenging having visitors over. Overall: I would recommend the Viridium to anybody who is looking to move to the North Loop. I think what you get from the area/unit itself makes it great. I am truly going to miss being a resident here and would have 100% resigned for a 3rd year if it wasn’t due to logistics work wise.

Safety concerns and lack of management action despite multiple garage break-ins
