DONT NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! you end up paying way to much for small units and it’s not secure… they over charge and charged me a whole month rent cause my lease ended on the 5th and charged me because I turned in my keys early! By days not even a week … maintenance is cool when available and office people are rarely in office … they don’t return phone calls and overall better places and cheaper to live where there isn’t drug users and creeps being neighbors the are is trash and they charge to much for it …. People never pick their dog poop and it’s everywhere

I’ve been here for about 2 years, in two different units. Overall I really love this building. It’s probably my favorite place I’ve ever lived. I’m gonna give a review based on stuff I’d want to know about the building.
Utilities that are included: water, electric, coffee (!) and internet in the lobby.
Likes: The neighbors are pretty quiet and chill. The building is clean and modern. Its nice to have the rooftop, community room space, bike storage and gym.
Great lighting! The windows are huge and let in a lot of light!
If your on the 5th floor your almost guaranteed a pretty good view
The new management took over about a year ago and has been responsive and helpful.
The neighborhood is pretty cool. A lot of new buildings are going up in the area and restaurants are reopening and you can walk almost anywhere. It’s super close to downtown so I can bike or walk to work everyday.
Dislikes:
The apartment pictures online are not a good representation of most if the units. They only show the two largest units in the photos online. **I think the new management just hasn’t had a chance to do that yet though bc they probably need to have empty units to do that.**
One thing that is not in the pictures or the online layouts is the GIANT window heat/cooling units. They take up a lot of space and you can’t put anything in front of them. They are also very expensive to run. However, a lot of new buildings are doing this, I toured other building like this in the area and they almost all have these units.
There is not a lot of closet space and no storage units available in the building.
Note: half walls in some of the one bedrooms (see pics)

I have lived at The Whit Apartments for over a year. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance team have been fantastic. My maintenance needs and general requests are typically completed in a timely manner. The staff are also friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean and tenants are respectful of the building in general. Amenities are also great with rooftop, community room and gym aceess it provides a environment that can be enjoyed. Im happy to call the Whit home!

I lived here for a year and only had to leave to to work and school situations otherwise I would've stayed super long. The landlord, Taylyn is extremely kind and quick to help with any issues. The lobby, community room, and gym is always clean. Best apartment I've lived in yet!
