  After being here for about a month things have gone pretty smoothly. There were some minor issues with apartment after moving in but maintenance got them fixed the day after putting order in. Rah, the leasing office manager has been very helpful and is great to say hi to. For the price and location compared to other buildings in the area this is unbeatable, especially with the renovations on the rooftop. I met my neighbors across the hall and they were nice—most people seem nice in the building so far, but there was one oddball I never actually saw but it was clear that he didn't take care of himself or the apartment because there was a bad smell that radiated to the hallway. He was evicted about a week after I moved in, so it is good to see that the building doesn't put up with too much shenanigans. An extremely important factor is, at least in the 600 sqft room, that I can't hear my neighbors at all. Occasionally footsteps from the hallway above but it is almost never noticeable and most modern day apartments just use thin drywall so this has been a great plus.

  To be honest when I see the apartment I believe that time I'm in the world in the world I feel like I'm alive I swear that moment is is beautiful I can't even say more than beautiful is beautiful thousand times beautiful and I can't wait to move in and I lock the people how they make a welcome people friendly smile welcome

  I was told my last monthly payment didnt go through. Afterwards, I asked how to fix it and havent heard back after one week. I dont want to pay the $100 penalty.
