  I've lived at the Shale going on 3 years and I have really enjoyed the peace and friendly environment. Plus, the beautiful park right across the street really adds to the welcome home experience. Our leasing manager, Travis has made himself available to answer any questions or concerns that our fellow residents may have. I recommend the Shale to whomever would enjoy a peaceful, pet friendly, and welcoming environment in a convenient location.

  Great apartment, amenities, location, friendly staff and tenants. Huge shout out to Travis for accommodating my late arrival during move-in day.

  Just attended my first community event that The Shale hosted and it was great! Got to connect with my neighbors and chat with Travis and TJ. Love the apartment complex!
