  Been here since October and love it. Pros are it’s close to downtown and Loring park, it’s quiet, it’s clean, it’s got laundry on site, maintenance is fast and reliable, and the apartment is so charming. Cons are there’s only two washers and driers to share with the entire building, it’s a 3 story walk up, and finding parking can kind of be a pain because there’s a wait list for the parking lot. But honestly its inconveniences are far outweighed in my opinion, and the price is great.

  I have ALWAYS had a great experiences with everyone connected to this building. One of the main reasons I chose to live here was Wanda. She exudes kindness. Lacy is always available if ever needed. Ben and the rest of maintenance have always been prompt and courteous. I love my place.

  I could change this pending if they do something about this issue, but right now it'll stay 1 star. Basically, all your packages here are forfeit, they WILL be stolen if left outside, and there are residents IN the buildings who actively steal packages (most will not fit in the mailbox) in which the management does nothing to stop it. Multiple of my neighbors have brought this up and gotten nothing but a shrug from them, even saying they may up the rent if they choose to do something about this very illegal thing happening on their property. No cameras, no effort to track down who is doing this. There are half opened packages on our staircases, USPS mail that are family gifts and valuables stolen, and basically it's left in the residents' hands to do anything about it. I can't even consider to get a deceased family member's ashes shipped to my home cause I'm worried it will be stolen. This is not only highly unethical but can lead to more and more awful things happening in and outside the building. This is a populous city in 2026 and there is CHEAP technology and efforts that can be used to curb this. They have a responsibility and are choosing to ignore it when if they were in our shoes they would be mortified and angry as we all are. I could excuse many other things, but this has turned living here into absolute anarchy.

  The Park Apartments doesn’t care about this area and doesn’t clear snow from sidewalks. This should’ve been cleared 22 hours ago, there are inches of snow blocking the sidewalks at their buildings 201, 205, and 209 W 15th St. These sidewalks are impassable for anyone using mobility aids. Absolutely appalling behavior to not clear these sidewalks people have to walk on. I would caution against living in a place where the landlord thinks so little both of their obligation legally to clear sidewalks AND the social impact of forcing people who use mobility aids to struggle through this snow. UPDATE: 2 days later, the Park Apartments still has yet to clear these sidewalks. Here’s a new photo showing the inches of snow remaining now 3 whole days after they were legally required to clear these. Nasty work by these landlords! AVOID!!!

  This place is complete trash there is lead in the wall that they haven’t covered up i’ve gotten sick several times from it and I’ve complained about it to them and they have not fixed it. The refrigerator is broken the toilet backed up. They won’t do anything about it. Maintenance showed up drunk, and I don’t know what to do. The maintenance guy told me to cover the fire alarm so the oven will work, even though it leaks gas so he just took it off and put it in the closet. So I have no fire alarm now
