  Was unimpressed by the prices and then drove by this AM and saw a homeless camp developing outside. Which likely means there is 0 building security. Definitely the "luxurious" living their website and prices promises.

  AVOID THE PALMER – A REAL LETDOWN WITH NO SUPPORT We chose The Palmer because of Ashley, the leasing manager, who was genuinely great to work with—responsive, helpful, and a big part of why we signed the lease. But she’s gone now, and everything has fallen apart since she left. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and any sense of communication or care has vanished. It’s like no one’s running the show anymore. Bigos Management, the company behind this place, only cares about your money—nothing else. They’ve got no interest in helping tenants, just collecting checks. We had a simple miscommunication that ended up costing us over $2,500, and they’ve refused to work with us at all. They won’t even pick up the phone to talk it out. You’re completely on your own if anything goes wrong, and they’ll squeeze you for every dollar without a second thought. We’re not exaggerating—this is our real experience. The Palmer might sound appealing at first, but without Ashley, it’s a shell of what we expected. Save yourself the headache and steer clear. EDIT: Since their response below, I have a bunch of unanswered calls and emails. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. I will probably never hear back from them.

  Highly unprofessional, flew from San Francisco to check this place out after receiving a confirmation email for an appointment and got stood up. Will probably get an apology email apologizing for the miscommunication but that doesn’t make up for my wasted time or money.

  I've enjoyed living at District 600 for a few years now. The building is quiet and in a great location. There are lots of great breweries in the area and the North Loop is great.
