  Way over priced for what you get and new management was TERRIBLE!!! We moved out not too long ago (thank goodness)! Just like the other reviews: Poor management- they ignore calls & emails, the whole complex looks like a dump since they have taken over. There was broken glass outside the complex by the dog run out there forever-as management doesn't care to get it cleaned up, prob still out there. Don't cut yourselves! Basically none of them in that office wanted to work! The building is older and seems to be falling apart, our windows wouldn't even open in our unit.They keep building new complex's around it and no up-keep to The Original at West Lake. Elevators are always broken and when residents move in/out- you're down to only one elevator for 22+ units. Air Conditioning is out of your control and is basically non-existing... no cool AC EVER, they are always trying to fix it, recently got a new A/C chiller installed, still no AC cool air came out. So if you love living without air conditioning AND heat- this might be the place for you! Always shutting off water, in order to fix plumbing issues on other units. Never any hot water, be prepared for cold showers! Mold in most units (where are the inspectors?)- so gross. WEED smell through out the whole building, especially in the elevators. No cleaning crew- hallways are nasty, never vaccumed. Laundry rooms never cleaned and people do not clean up after themselves. Loud annoying residents partying with groups in the pool/ hot tub past closing hours. Parking garage and storage units getting broken into often. Derrik the maintenance guy was amazing and great location... that's about it! They need to do better, get new office crew. We wanted to love it there, but save your money and your mental stability by not living here. You're welcome :)

  Unprofessional management who don’t like to follow up with actual solutions, car broken into in a garage that we pay for and they said they don’t have any cameras to review, constantly malfunctioning elevators, no AC for weeks when temps are 80+, heaters went out last winter for days, constant water outages for repairs, broken hot tub heater, mold in units, etc etc.

  No Ac for months on end. No heat in the coldest parts of the winter and no reimbursement for a space heater. Broken elevators frequently in a 22 floor building. The hot tub is frequently broken and only open for a small portion of the year. The pool is frequently broken. The dryer does not work. There were bugs in our apartment when we moved in. The coffee machine is often broken. Many of the windows do not open and they did not share this with us before we moved in. The garage doors are often broken. The car wash has been broken. They towed my car in a valid spot. They have not answered my emails. I would not live here if I were you.

  Be prepared to go multiple weeks without air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter as the HVAC unit is very old and management seems to be blindsided everytime the weather changes

  The Westlake Quarter Management team have been very accommodating with my recent move. My leasing agent, Lauren, went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. Tara was also a big help leading up to my move. My move-in was smooth and seamless thanks to their help.
