  Update to my other review as a resident. They have yet to respond to any of my emails and calls about the final fees that were listed on my rent portal and they haven't contacted me about my remaining deposit and I moved out a month ago. The move out process was very unhelpful and unrealistic. They told me I could park a POD in the first come, first serve parking lot area for only 48 hours, but they wouldn't actually reserve a spot for me 24 hrs before the POD was delivered. They said to call them the morning of the delivery if there weren't any spots and they would come down to tell me where to park. I called, no one answered. They also provide a move out checklist that asked for the apt to be move-in ready and indicates the resident moving out should be moving the fridges and stove away from the walls to clean under and behind them. The level of clean they were asking for from the resident was no where close to the level of clean the apt was in when I moved in. I re-cleaned the entire apt the day I got my keys and that was after I had them send a cleaning person up stairs to clean specific areas that weren't clean when I did my walk through. Also the carpets hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned. the first time I ran my vacuum on the carpets (the day I moved in) the tank was full of cat hair from the previous resident. They weren't very helpful with my move out process and they put all of the cleaning responsibility on the resident, when they don't even adhere to that level of cleanliness for the building, the premises or the apts at move in.

  Nice location. Few bumps on moving in, cleared up quickly. Parking lot is still very dirty and gritty, hard to see the lines. When is this scheduled to be cleaned? Really like the garage doors, auto up and down is very convenient.

  I was met with a knowledgeable employee who answered my questions and even changed my assigned parking space to be closer to my apartment

  Manipulative security deposit return. Easiest sign of integrity for any apartment complex, creating random lines on a ledger to justify not returning your money no matter how respectful of a tenant you are or how clean you left your apartment. Same place you pay $3,000 in rent for packages to get stolen regularly from an unsecure mail room. When addressed with management, they reinforced the fact that there are no cameras and they wouldn't plan on adding them. Building itself and apartments are alright, I've stayed at nicer places for less in Minneapolis. You're paying for location here.
