  This apartment was great! It was the first apartment I moved to with my partner, and we both had a great experience. The folks in the leasing office and management office are super kind and responsive. It's also a very LGBT-friendly building, and we felt both safe AND welcome at the Fremont apartments. I was in the middle of changing my name, and this complex was one of the only apartments I visited where the staff used my preferred name and pronouns (huge shoutout to Rowan just for being awesome in general!). The location was also really nice next to the Greenway, Cub grocery store, Walker library, UPS, multiple clinics, and the Uptown transit station all located very close to the complex. There's also great restaurants within walking/biking distance, and you get most places without a car. (As a note: if you have a car, I'd recommend getting a parking space, because the street parking can get crazy, especially during the winter). The units themselves are nice, and we had no problems with any appliances. For the small things that did come up, maintenance was incredibly responsive. Honestly, we would have stayed longer, but ended up moving just for life transition reasons. Move out went well, and we had no issues closing things out and having our security deposit returned. My partner and I both highly recommend the Fremont apartments! Thanks for making our time there so great!

  This place was great, and the office staff were very accommodating. The maintenance staff was great also, quick to respond to any needs!
