  This has been such a terrible move in process; and nothing has been done to fix problems, or reimburse for expenses. Management companies changed the day after I was handed keys. One key. Got zero contact info, no information about the building or the rules. Was told not to create any accounts on the management app until I heard from the new company. My patio door is in backward, thus unable to secure properly; as well as the handle itself being missing on the outside. My bedroom closet shelf was screwed into drywall and fell immediately. Dishwasher had mold. Bathtub still had the mounting parts of the old tenants shelving, dryer lint trap is gunky, haven’t actually tried the washer/ dryer because I haven’t gotten to cleaning them yet. My friends car was towed from my parking space when we were moving in. My car being at the truck rental place and needing to unload her car. We were parked there for less than 20 minutes and no one had notified me that this would be an issue. I also had hornets nests in the patio railings, but the maintenance guy is awesome and took care of those. Drawing of patio door bar lock included. This patio is in the roof with an access door and another tenants unit accessing as well. It is not hard to get onto this patio and the ability to securely lock it is important
