  Beware if you don't want to deal with smoking. In the building across the street residents have made a designated smoking area facing the alley right up against the building, and sitting on or near the outdoor back stairs. They smoke right underneath units and their balconies and next to doors to the building so all the smoke goes right into the building. Also in the building across the street, residents let other non residents in the garage. They go out the back door facing the alley and open the garage door for them.

  I absolutely ADORED living here. I always felt safe, the common areas were always clean, and Tarek is fantastic. The only reason I left is because I moved out of Minnesota. 10 minutes from the airport and MOA. It’s a fantastic place to live. I cannot recommend it enough.

  I recently toured here and completely fell in love. It is so beautiful. The staff here is absolutely amazing, specifically Joey! I had an issue scheduling a tour so I kind of just showed up and he showed me multiple units on an impromptu tour, answered all my questions, and really went above and beyond to help me through the leasing process. He was so understanding and helpful. Cody was also great and stayed late to show me a different unit during a snow storm. Best experience I’ve ever had while trying to find an apartment, hands down. Thank you guys!
