  Loring Park Apartments. A shining star within the Cities, Minneapolis in particular. Speaking as someone who decided this would be her place to land upon arriving and settling into life in Minnesota, I was ever so pleased with my year spent here. As my partner and I transition this summer to a neighborhood closer to my place of work, I will hold the memories made here in my heart. Street parking is plentiful, besides the Twins home game days but that is never the apartment’s fault. If you want guaranteed parking, definitely consider grabbing a spot in the garage when you move in. I truly have not met any two property staff more professional, kind, and friendly than Jeff and Wynette, the manager. When my dad helped me move, Wynette in particular made certain that we had a smooth time getting settled and acquainted with Sean in maintenance, who was also the best. I have not had any pest problems either, except for a bout of flies that was definitely my fault (I left the Juliet balcony door wide open on a hot August day), and Wynette and Sean went above and beyond, going door to door with fly traps for the residents. The flies have a mating season, so just close the door and keep the screened windows open instead. The P level studio feels oh so roomy and I will miss it. My unit also has a fireplace with real wood inside, and all wood floors which makes cleaning a breeze. This place is well taken care of and the property manager’s pride for it shows. 🤍 Overall 10/10!

  We toured this property with my daughter a couple weeks ago. Jeff showed us around and was so friendly. He showed us everything and answered our questions. Overall funny and friendly guy, I wish him the best. Sometimes prices changes depending on when you move in, so be prepared for that and make sure before applying or move in that you know the true price since they do dynamic pricing

  Even with short notice, the staff arranged for loading dock access and the elevator was very convenient to my apartment.
