  One star maintenance didn’t finish the job twice I called the office he never got back to me but living in my apartment is very decent it’s a very quiet building

  Update: Going on month 9 of mice and roaches. - Update: I still have mice. There is a hole in the building’s back door that is likely a big part of the problem. Management is refusing to fix it. Mice run down the hallways and there is poop everywhere. The manager, Corey, doesn’t answer emails and the office phone is almost never answered. — Update: Mice problem is getting much worse in my building and I can’t even get an email back about it. — Their properties have chronic cockroach and mice infestations that they do not resolve. They are more responsive to Google reviews than to emails and phone calls. Most of the time they are not even in the office during posted office hours. God help you if you don't have the time to make chasing the manager, Corey, down your full-time job—your repairs are not getting done. There is no respect for the people who live in their buildings. Do not rent from this company.

  Confirmed a date and time to tour their available apartments but got stood up. Waited in the cold for 10 minutes buzzing, calling, and emailing, but clearly they didn’t bother to show up.

  Property manager was really understanding and really cares for all of her residents she’s trying her best👍😊
