  The walls are thin, and I really do mean thin. You will hear your neighbors asking each other what they want to eat for dinner. If they have the TV on you might as well be sitting in the same room as them. You’ll learn a lot about your neighbors whether you want to or not. The vaulted ceilings also make it difficult to control the temperature effectively in the winter time. Downstairs will be whatever temperature you set the thermostat to, but the bedroom upstairs will be at least 9° warmer. I set downstairs to 68° and the bedroom was 77°! Location is hard to beat thought.

  Love this apartment, neighborhood and vibe. Smooth transition and welcoming, responsive staff. This was important to me as this move is a big one on many levels Most maintenance issues addressed within 24 hours. And fully enjoyed getting the low down from Nick, the maintenance man, on where to go in the area.

  We lived here for almost 3yrs until we had to move for my husband's job. The new management is great!! They have occasional socials/events which made this already perfect location even better for young professionals. We were treated great by Alexis and staff! Maintenence was handled quickly. Each townhome has beautiful interiors and just walking distance to the Mississippi and night life. And best part- pet friendly!! Definitely a 10/10

  Frieghtyard gives you the quiet of the city life. I have lived here for 5 years now and Alexis is by far the best community manager we have had. She keeps things running smoothly and is always on top of any issue you bring to her. O’Ryan is also on top of any maintenance problems that may occur. I have not had any issues that weren’t resolved within the week. Such a good location, amazing people, and charming vibe.
