We came in a week before our first rental property sale to start the 1031; with 3 more rental properties unsold with no potential buyers and no replacement property picked out. Over the next four months, they allowed us to go step-by-step. We found a replacement property, then First American Exchange helped us add the other three rental properties to our 1031 as they were sold. First American Exchange communicated effectively, answered our questions, and kept things going from update to update. We just closed on the replacement property last month, just days after selling our fourth rental house. We are very pleased with First American Exchange working with our uncertain situation and helping us put as much into our 1031 as possible.
