One block from cobblestone Main Street, one block from a grocery store, and two blocks from Hennepin where there are tons of great restaurants, stores, and bars. This is the best spot in Minneapolis to be if you want to be near everything but have that riverfront peace and quiet. The staff here are not only friendly, but have gone out of their way to make this home for me. I moved to Expo in a blitz after a house purchase fell through after a flood. They helped me find a place that worked great and then even allowed me to transfer to a bigger unit when I needed more space to accommodate a new job. What started as a short term solution has turned into a place I want to be for awhile. I couldn't recommend Expo more.
