  They don’t care about the residents,RATS RUNNING THROUGH THE HALLS and A SERIOUS FRUIT FLY INFESTATION, RATS IN THE HALLS ON THE 5th and 12th floors, I AND OTHERS WILL BE MOVING WHEN OUR LEASES ARE UP, CANT TAKE OUT THE TRASH ON THE 5th floor because of rats in the trash closet

  I lived there for 2 years in 2 different apartments, and I can't recommend it to anybody simply because of the way the building is run. Things always break throughout the building - management is nowhere to be found. I found a whole flood in the laundry room once and had to go and alert someone at the front desk. There are no security cameras in places like the parking garage, hallways, the laundry room, the pool, or the gym. Patrick (one of the managers) was caught trying to dismantle the Tenant Union, and fired a Concierge for trying to help the union meet. There have been months at a time where all doors leading from the parking garage to the apartments were broken, not latching, or completely missing a handle. One time a door was broken, I told the desk about it, and they had someone go and literally tape it back together. This must be how they fix every problem, because the water was shut off for repairs at least once a month the entire time I lived there. The pool and hot tub also had their own issues, the gym equipment is falling apart, and the sauna doesn't work very well, and smells awful. All of this for almost $2,000 per month, was very frustrating. Overall, this apartment building sucks, and is run by greedy corporate landlords milking it's residents for every cent they can get, and letting their building and amenities they promise sit broken for weeks or months at a time.

  The apartment itself was good (though with a decent amount of details), the beds felt clean, the view was awesome, the gym itself was good and decently clean. We didn't use the pool and the public terrace so I have no comment on that. Now, you do need to better the hygiene and maintenance of the building. We stayed for a couple weeks and the smell was a constant annoyance. From the moment you get off your car in the parking space it reeks of trash. The elevators are dirty and the bathrooms of the gym smell just like the parking lot for some reason, but humid too which makes it worse. I would recommend staying here, we enjoyed it, but you could very well invest a bit more in cleaning personnel. If you did so, it could become a solid 4 star experience.

  This apartment is terrible! We've had rats in the living room all day. We're moving out and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I can't even sleep or eat here, this place is really bad for our health.

  We just moved in a few days ago and have been loving it! The staff have been one of the best parts :) The leasing manager, Alex, has been so incredibly kind and helpful, and he is a big part of why we ended up picking here. Move in was easy, the amenities are so awesome, finding help and fixes for any problems has been fast, and we are acclimating quickly thanks to the staff. Excited to live here!!
