  There was drugs in the toilet, it was very warm in there, ice maker didn't work, no ironing board and there was sketchy people always standing by the entrance of the building, parking spot wasn't clearly marked so we had to back out.. Horrible

  Worst experience of my entire life. Luxury prices without the feeling move anywhere else for a better experience. 1. My apartment flooded a few months into living here ruining thousands of dollars worth of my clothes. Was told they were positive there was no mold… absolutely not true. Will post a few pictures for proof. Also I was offered a 70 dollar laundry credit to make up for it. Thanks much appreciated. 2. They make no mention of the fact they air bnb apartments so don’t plan on ever being able to use the pool. Tons of kids drinking and having parties security only does anything when the pool is about to close. Not that the hot tub ever works anyway the jets have been broken for at least 8 months. Also it’s the same temperature as the pool. Not to mention the gym… the exercise bike has been broken since I moved in. 3. AC and heating unit is terrible. They shut the air conditiong off with 2-3 weeks left so you’re left to deal with it. My sliding glass door was leaking air all winter so it was freezing cold and when I called their best solution was to duct tape the door shut. 4. Tons of fruit flys and even mice in the summer. Doors have giant cracks so don’t move anywhere near the garbage shoot. 5. The doors to the parking ramp are all broken. 0 safety anyone can walk into the building have been that way for 4-5 months with no fix. If you would like to enter your apartment through the parking garage good luck all the doors are broken so you have to go down to the main lobby. Wasn’t even going to write this because honestly I was just so happy to me moving out I forgot and then they decided to charge me a cleaning fee when my apartment had literal black mold in it. Terrible customer service

  They don’t care about the residents,RATS RUNNING THROUGH THE HALLS and A SERIOUS FRUIT FLY INFESTATION, RATS IN THE HALLS ON THE 5th and 12th floors, I AND OTHERS WILL BE MOVING WHEN OUR LEASES ARE UP, CANT TAKE OUT THE TRASH ON THE 5th floor because of rats in the trash closet
