  I am a new owner of a condo being managed by this company. I have never received so little assistance from a company in my entire experience. They are not helpful at all. How do they stay in business? 5 days later: I have yet to have a response from this company a request getting access through the app to the garage of the unit I own. Numerous calls and emails later, nothing. Absolutely nothing. I am going to organize my HOA to address this. 7 days later. So even though this management company replied, my access issue is not resolved. I do not have access to the garage and my own parking space at this point. I have emailed and called and left messages for 7 days and received no resolution to my issue. No one has picked up the telephone and called me back. No one. 7 days this has gone on that. I as a homeowner have no access to my full property. It is quite interesting to me that they have the time to respond to my review, but no time to call me to resolve this situation. I have never experienced anything like this before.

  I sent a message to Cities Management. Quennie Gempisaw sent me a reply the very next morning. Quennie did the research and was able to answer my questions and give me details. I am very happy with this process and how my representative Quennie helped me.

  I am new to owning a townhome & am not real sure about what all is covered or not. I reached out by email to ask about my deck if it is my responsibility or the HOA to make any repairs or replacement if needed. Carla D responded within 24 hours. She informed me it is the homeowners responsibility & if I do need to do anything, I will need to get prior approval & how to go about doing that. Getting a response so quickly shows me this company is great at communication, which is very important in my opinion. Cudos to Carla D!
