They expect all homeowners to rely 100% on their web-site which is very unreliable and never updated with your Association information.3. Managers cannot be reached directly and do not respond in a timely manner. 4. Maintenance requests go un fulfilled, for months. Trying to reach Cities for anything is like a black hole to nowhere.
