Fraternizing with residents and employees in an unprofessional manner.. She’s lives on sight, on my floor.. more than once I’ve smelled the smell of marijuana coming from her unit, like who do they have running this place??? Smh don’t get me started on the homeless problem.. homeless people gain access to the building on a regular basis! Using drugs, and urinating in stairwells, sleeping in common areas! No security guard! A man was stabbed in the lobby a couple months ago! This place is getting more dangerous everyday with no real change in sight! I’d think twice before applying here, certainly won’t be renewing my lease!
- 9K901 KimbroMay 13, 20261.0Property is a mess with garbage always strewn outside their entrance and all over the surrounding area - not to mention dog feces and urine smell from irresponsible residents who don’t pick up. property managers are rude and laughed at the report of one of their residents verbally assaulting people minding their own business on THEIR OWN SPACE. Screaming, cursing, throwing signs, demanding that we go inside and move from our own space we pay for. Don’t move here and if you are considering it do yourself a favor and look up Dominum property management.
