Shout out to Pascual for coming in and getting our sink fixed quick/quiet while I was working in the other room!   Recently I transferred apartments within this building and the management ensured I was set up for success every step of the way. They were very accommodating in answering any questions I had, and were generous in a grace period to get settled into my new home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and clean location!

  I LOVE living at Be @ The Calhoun Greenway (Be)! I’ve lived here for 1 year and just renewed my lease. I grew up in Minneapolis, MN and this is by far the best location. Be is tucked back off the street so it can be difficult to find. However, that also means it’s very quiet except the occasional train and the guy who happens to live above me. I rarely ever hear the people on my floor. Be is convenient to the chain of lakes and Uptown. I regularly walk to Whole Foods grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants like Chipotle, Punch Pizza, and Noodles & Co at Calhoun Village and Calhoun Commons (less than a 5 min walk). I’ve even biked to the Minnesota Twins game along the Greenway bike trail (It only took 15 min), which is located right behind Be. The concierge and front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. I usually swing by just to say Hi. They are also aware of upcoming events and have discounted tickets to many attractions. It feels very safe with overnight security and protected premise. Parking can be a pain on weekend evenings for guests, but there is a parking lot and heated underground stalls for residents. There seems to be a hosted event almost every month to meet and socialize including upcoming activities such as pumpkin carving, holiday gift wrapping and a new dinner club. The amenities in the building still feel new. I signed up to have packages delivered to my unit. The gym is used frequently as well as the pool and grills in the summer. If you have the opportunity to live here, don’t miss out! You won’t regret it.
