  I had the opportunity to live in these apartments, and there were definitely some positives to highlight. The amenities provided were great, and the proximity to both the lake and Whole Foods was a major bonus. I also found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. However, I must admit that my experience in apartment 136 on the first floor was quite challenging. It was situated right above the underground garage doors, where the trash was located. This unfortunately resulted in a significant amount of noise, smell and disturbance throughout my 12-month stay. The screeching sound of the garage doors was particularly bothersome. Another aspect that I found challenging was parking. Unless you opted to pay for underground parking, finding a spot could be extremely difficult, especially if you arrived home late. The parking lots tended to get overcrowded, making it a constant struggle to find a space. Overall, while there were positive aspects to my time at these apartments, the noise issues and parking challenges made it a less than ideal living situation. I hope that these concerns can be addressed and improved upon for future residents.

  Highly do not recommend this apartment complex. The office staff is rude, has poor communication techniques, and is generally not helpful. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Seriously, if you ever want to come home after 9 PM and have a spot within a mile of your home, look elsewhere.
