  This is a fantastic place to live. Many of my friends are living or have lived here in the past and they all loved it. The Claudias, Amber and Erwin are all very helpful and genuine :)

  My experience at Be @ Axon Green was amazing. I felt so welcomed by everyone there and became friends with so many neighbors. The staff were friendly and helpful too, with the maintenance guy being SUPER fast! I had to move quickly due to unforeseen circumstances and Erwin and the leasing agents were very helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make a stressful situation better & I'll forever be grateful. The location is unbeatable and the amenities are luxurious. The pool was my happy place. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place in the area!

  I would strongly suggest you not rent here. Zero stars is not an option, but I would use it if it were. We moved out at the end of July, and after about a week were contacted by the leasing office informing us that pertinent lease-end documents were missing. I was under the impression that this had been completed months prior, but they told me that there was no record. Essentially neither party knew the document was missing until after the moveout process had started, and we as the tenet were forced to pay the price for it. We were told that the leasing office holds no obligation to ensure relevant documents have been completed, which seems bizarre to me considering that is their job. While this may be their policy, it is not at all conducive to good service and leaves a lot of room for problems. To make matters worse, the leasing office was quite disrespectful, aggressive, and threatening throughout the process, frequently including the threat of being sent to collections. They did not respond to time sensitive emails, and often missed pertinent information included in our emails them. One would think that in the current economic climate, a leasing office would approach a situation like this with a certain level of attention and compassion, but that was not at all the case. The end result was us being responsible for an entire months rent for a unit that we were not occupying anymore. We spoke with the leasing office on several occasions, and at no point were they ever willing to work toward a resolution. We eventually had to go to the management at Bigos, but even then we were forced to pay a month of rent. Other problems included frequent break ins to the building requiring lock changes and broken washers/dryers that took weeks to be fixed. If you can help it, avoid renting here. I would add on that you should likely avoid Bigos properties all together, because if these are the type of people they employ at this location, it is likely you would run into similar problems elsewhere.
