- AKAnnie Lanners KackJul 22, 20264.0This is an amazing place, in a wonderful location. Dominium fails to keep the building secure. We’ve done petitions as Residence, but no action has been taken. It is putting us at risk . If you want management that is going keep up on things I assume are basic, they do not. Our windows have not been washed in seven years and they have no plans to wash them in the future. I have a great view, but it’d be nice if I could see through my windows. They are unwilling to spend the money to keep our building secure, and our windows clean. They have a tendency to skim money off residents. For years, they skimmed money off of our parking after they had received a tax break. It makes me wonder if they’re a psychopath in their business office. Whatever this is, it needs to be rooted out of their business. We had to go to court to get a refund for the money they took from each one of us. It would be a just a fabulous place if dominium would do it’s job.
