  I lived at 700 Central for two years in two different apartments. I liked it enough due to the location, however there were some questionable actions taken by management. First, we moved into our second apartment and received it dirty, with nearly every cabinet and door off of its hinge, burnt out lightbulbs, dead bugs on the floor, and a coat of dust on everything. This was the second apartment that we received dirty in this building. There were quite a few maintenance requests that we put in that would be marked as “resolved” and nothing was ever actually fixed. My biggest issue with management was that when we had mentioned in passing that we were interested in buying a house in the future. After finding out this information, they wouldn’t let us go month to month like they had previously planned on us doing, or renew our lease for another 6 months because they didn’t want our lease to end in the winter when they have less interest in our apartment. Trey from the leasing office continued to bother us about letting them end our lease early and put our apartment on the market despite us not having a house yet. We eventually found a house and agreed to list our apartment for rent and we would move out early as we had been assured we could get out of the lease early due to a waitlist of people interested in our apartment. Once we moved out, Trey informed us that he didn’t actually list the apartment for rent because he thought we didn’t want him to despite us providing multiple forms of confirmation that he could list it AND he was doing showings. We had to pay out the rest of our lease costing us thousands of dollars after we genuinely felt forced out of the apartment. After all of this, Trey did his own move out walk through and entered our apartment without our permission with neither of us present. We’re extremely relieved to no longer live here.

  Building is beautiful and the apartments are nice. I’m glad I only stayed one year here. The office is rude. The furnace was broken for most of the winter and I submitted so many work orders to fix it. Apparently I wasn’t the only person with this issue.

  Lived here for two years and it was great! Trey and Molli were fun and a pleasure to work with. The location was perfect and walkable to so much. I also had a great view of the fireworks over the river!

  Trey helped me with everything. From finding an apartment and finishing all the paperwork. Still super excited about moving in. Thank you! Looking forward living in the 700 central.

  Trey made moving feel less like a chore. I would recommend this building to anyone. Definitely felt like a valued tenant throughout the whole process.
