  The location is excellent, the building is pet‑friendly, and the front desk and leasing office are genuinely wonderful to work with. Moving in was smooth, paperwork was easy, and moving out was just as flexible — they were reasonable about deposits and had fair expectations for cleanliness. If this review were only about the move‑in/move‑out experience, it would be five stars. Unfortunately, the living experience is a different story. The facilities are extremely run down, and things break constantly. The fire system has repeatedly malfunctioned, with pipes bursting and flooding the basement, causing alarms to go off at random hours like 11 PM or 7 AM. Their “solution” was to run loud pump trucks in the parking lot overnigh which wasn't conducive for sleeping. Maintenance requests often go unresolved. The entry doors lock intermittently, and despite multiple requests, the explanations were always excuses about temperature changes rather than actual repairs. The door issues were so bad that someone was able to simply walk in and steal from me — no break‑in required, the door simply didn't latch. When i filed a repair request, they got back with "nothing broken". As soon as I saw that, right away I went to the door and replicated the issue, but just gave up on trying to get the door to lock. The building is advertised everywhere as 100% smoke‑free, but it absolutely is not. People smoke inside constantly, even in shared areas like hallways and the like, not to mention next to entry doors, etc. Complaints result in being told to provide photos and evidence, as if residents are responsible for enforcing the rules. Even when evidence is provided, nothing changes. Trash removal is also inconsistent. The garbage room is often left overflowing, followed by angry emails to residents — despite everyone paying a trash removal fee. If you’re health‑conscious, pregnant, planning to be, don’t want to breathe second‑hand smoke, or want a home where you pay rent and expect basic reliability, peace and quiet and ability to sleep undisturbed, securley with your belongings not stolen due to neglectful maintenance and management, look elsewhere.
