  Five stars for 1800 Lake Apartments We truly love it here. 1800 Lake Apartments has been an exceptional place to live — perfect location, beautiful views, and a building that’s always clean, quiet, and well cared for. Ana and Rah do an outstanding job managing the property and staying on top of everything. Brian and the maintenance team are fantastic. Their work is high‑quality, timely, and done with real attention to detail, and the vendors they bring in exceed expectations. Also, parking is easy and reliable, which is a huge bonus in this neighborhood. Overall, this is a well‑managed, well‑maintained community that genuinely feels like home.

  Came for a CONFIRMED showing/tour and they never answered the door, nobody was there nor showed up, left us waiting. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

  Happy to see some upgrades (hall lighting and wall painting and garage floor) are finally underway. Would appreciate a bit more communication from management. Love our apartment, building size and location.
