  The apartments are beautiful. When I close my door, I am in luxury. Just worried about tenants who do not know how to take care of the space around us, that concerns me. People don’t know how to have nice things.

  EDIT: I have called that number been told to speak to a Kelly or Mohad and there was another person also but have not gotten a response. I have left numerous voicemails. I have emailed my info to that email address and still have not received any response. Check your messages, I will be waiting for a call back Im forced to give them one star because my post can’t be posted, but they get ZERO STARS I have been dealing with identity theft and I have been trying to contact this office and getting no information at all. Not able to talk to a manager and keep being told, someone will call me back. And still no call back after 3 weeks. After I have sent them proof of ID. They have a copy of my ID, and now I’m afraid they will pass it down to this thief who is portraying to be me. These apartments are not careful. they will do anything to take your money and not take responsibility for these huge mistakes.

  I was really excited to move here. The leasing agent, Ethan, was very pleasant during my apartment tour, and I submitted an application the next day where I paid $300 for a security deposit and a $50 application fee. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to move. I emailed Ethan stating I was no longer able to move and requested my security deposit back within a 2-3 days of submitting my application. No response. I email and call again a week later. No response. I call again at least a few more times throughout the month. I have left messages directly to them and with their property management, Dominium. My mother contacted them multiple times and received a response that Dominium staff will leave “urgent” messages. After what is nearly a month and a half of waiting for these “urgent” messages to be returned, my mother and I go to 1500 Nicollet to speak with Ethan. It turns out that the $300 was a holding fee and since I withdrew my application after it was approved, they are retaining my money for “time loss”. I have never experienced something like this before. I take responsibility for some parts of this. I should’ve read the contract more thoroughly I suppose. However the absence of response for nearly a month and a half is just unacceptable. They claimed that they are short staffed. I’m sorry but due to the pandemic, multiple companies and businesses are short staffed. I don’t think that qualifies as as a good excuse to go a month and a half without responding. They said they sent an email, which I did not receive. So you’re telling me that, you sent an email, but was still receiving numerous voice messages from us and didn’t think, “hey maybe I should respond? Maybe they missed my email?” Why did it take my mom and I coming to finally get an answer? Wow. Just unbelievable. Please don’t bother to respond as I’m am just incredibly disappointed.
