  The apartments are beautiful. When I close my door, I am in luxury. Just worried about tenants who do not know how to take care of the space around us, that concerns me. People don’t know how to have nice things.

  I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know or I care about to ever leave this 1500 Nicollet property number 1 the first month i moved here my first month payment I made cashier check they denied that i ever paid even though i bring proof money order they still denied i lost $1641 they always charged something balance due that i know even know where it comes from if i ask no explanation they say pay or violation we will take you court the list go on and on fire alarm that comes 2:00 am except that 2 or 3 times in the month i when to the office yesterday 4/1/25 i talked to the manager i told him that i want to paid my rent but the portal give me incorrect amount so please here my section 8 up date new amount please fixed so I can pay the rent he told me email to me i did he said wait for me i will fixed when I received i told him i want pay today the first i don’t want to get late charges he said to me don’t worry you have until Sunday to pay it i come back my apartment I was trying to make the payment every hour I was checking he did not do anything again this morning still i can’t make it I get my door late payment my rent and violation not paying my rent from the same manager who told yesterday i have until Sunday i called the office they’re not answering my calls I was keep calling they answered after a while and I talk to another person working at the office i explained everything she said it’s our responsibility to post for you late payment i told i am not making late payments you have to fixed or adjusted so i can pay she said ok i spoke to her 2:00 pm and now is 4/2/26 6:00 pm they closed the office without they adjusted any rent the right amount there’s more 10 families i spoke with them that they cheated they’re money they disrespect the resident if they speak about they’re rights they kicked them up from the office very horrible I am moving out from here i pray to god i moved out safely here unsafe very scary here
