  I have been dealing with a mouse infestation in my building. There has been maintenance coming out and also pest control but it doesn't feel like much is being done during those visits. Despite my best efforts for my own unit this is clearly a whole building issue. My lease is almost up here, but I would hate for this to become someone else's problem as this doesn't seem to be an issue that will be resolved. The units look very nice but don't let looks fool you, in the long run, you'll be dealing with pests.

  So far, everything is good. However, the bathroom ventilation/exhaust fan is loud/quite noisy.

  I work and live nearby. Management tries to do as much as they can as long as residents communicate with the office. Dog park nearby, lake and trails across the street make it very easy for people and pets too! Very close to Interstate 94 and 694. Every year they are working on making the property more beautiful too :)
