  I have been dealing with a mouse infestation in my building. There has been maintenance coming out and also pest control but it doesn't feel like much is being done during those visits. Despite my best efforts for my own unit this is clearly a whole building issue. My lease is almost up here, but I would hate for this to become someone else's problem as this doesn't seem to be an issue that will be resolved. The units look very nice but don't let looks fool you, in the long run, you'll be dealing with pests.

  So far, everything is good. However, the bathroom ventilation/exhaust fan is loud/quite noisy.

  Its getting better now they r improving really well than before the last time ive met with them really nice to have them give us a prize to stay another year to pick what they should do to the Apt really cool either paint the wall for us or make the floor brand new or other stuff we get to pick one of those really cool
