  I have lived here for 3 years, and I have had a great experience. The office staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional whenever I need assistance. I also really appreciate the maintenance team. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and do a great job taking care of the apartments. Thank you to the office and maintenance staff for all your hard work and for taking good care of the residents

  Have been here for almost three months. The office always answers my questions and the maintenance crew is amazing! My move in process was very easy and they fixed any minor things that I noticed in a timely manner. It is very kid friendly and I feel very safe here with my family. I noticed there were a lot of spiderwebs outside of my window and Josh fixed the issue right away and put in a maintenance request to power wash the outside of my apartment. He is always kind and cares about the tenants here!!

  Worst place to live. Avoid at all costs!Do not move here. The apartments are completely infested with mice, and management does absolutely nothing to fix the problem. To make matters worse, they steal your security deposit. They will refuse to return your money when you move out, inventing fake excuses or just ignoring your calls. Save your time, money, and health. Go somewhere else. Unsanitary living conditions and fraudulent practices.I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live. This complex has a severe, unaddressed mice infestation that poses a real health hazard. Furthermore, the management team is dishonest regarding financial matters. They withheld my security deposit without any valid justification and refused to return it. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. There in the photo I leave you like the dead mice in the kitchen and you can see the color of the kitchen

  I have been dealing with a mouse infestation in my building. There has been maintenance coming out and also pest control but it doesn't feel like much is being done during those visits. Despite my best efforts for my own unit this is clearly a whole building issue. My lease is almost up here, but I would hate for this to become someone else's problem as this doesn't seem to be an issue that will be resolved. The units look very nice but don't let looks fool you, in the long run, you'll be dealing with pests.
