  We really love living here! The pool is definitely one of our favorite parts of the community, especially during the summer. The property is always clean and well maintained, and you can tell the staff truly cares about keeping everything nice. Another huge plus is how quickly maintenance responds whenever something needs to be fixed. The apartments are cozy, and overall the community feels very comfortable and welcoming!

  Great spot in Maple Grove! Love the layout of the apartment and facilities. Great price for what you get. The management is friendly and makes this place feel like home. Special shout out to Charles, he's a great guy and has made my experience 10/10

  I like this place. Very nice management and big space to walk, play with kids and do barbecue. Also I like the space on balcony and the sunset from it

  I've been living here for a little over 3 months. It's a nice area and I enjoy the amenities! My biggest concern is the slamming doors. Im sure that is something that can be fixed! The walls are thin, but you take what you can get with an apartment! There does need to be some rules enforced as far as loud music after a certain time and smoking.

  Quite complex with lots of green space. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly and professionally. Spacious, sunny apartment with great deck and garage space included in rent.
