  This review is long overdue for our amazing realtor Will Yang. In 2024, we worked with Will to both sell our old home and purchase a new one, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Throughout the selling process, Will maintained consistent communication, keeping us updated every step of the way. He offered thoughtful recommendations on minor improvements that could boost our resale value and even suggested contractors we could use if needed. Once we were ready, he arranged for professional photos and a 3D virtual tour to showcase our home. Thanks to his strategy and preparation, we had multiple showings and received several offers shortly after going live. Within just a few days, we were under contract. Will handled the negotiations with the buyer’s agent professionally and kept us well-informed throughout. On the buying side, Will went above and beyond. He often reminded us that we were his priority and unique buyers. We definitely put that to the test with our very specific wants. Will was incredibly patient, realistic, and committed, consistently showing us homes week after week for several months. After each showing, he regrouped with us to discuss what we liked or didn’t like. When we were ready to make an offer, he provided thorough market analysis and clear guidance on pricing and strategy. His dedication and knowledge made us feel confident every step of the way. In the end, we found our new home and Will was a strong advocate during the final negotiations.   We bought our very first home in 2015 and William Yang was our realtor at the time. He did a great job at listening to us when it came down to helping us find the perfect home. We were very specific about the number of bedrooms, the garage spaces, the city/location. He was very patient, considerate and all around wonderful to work with because he knew what we want matter.
