  A hidden GEM! Now that it is almost summer & the trees are growing after our much needed rain I almost missed the entrance coming from Rice Street. Give yourself alittle extra time coming from the Hwy 35 & Little Canada ( they are adding 2 round abouts).

  Living above the garage comes with constant noise that management never discloses. You can hear the garage door opening and closing at all hours, and in the winter it cycles repeatedly when snow builds up—sometimes nonstop. Maintenance response is frustratingly slow. It often takes multiple requests to get even basic issues addressed. I went several weekends without heat during below-zero temperatures, and there was no sense of urgency to fix it. The on-call maintenance response was especially disappointing—they told me I would just have to wait, despite the dangerous conditions. Communication from the office is also lacking. Residents are not properly informed about building issues that directly affect them. For the amount of rent charged, the experience does not match the cost. I would not recommend living here.

  I came and visited a friend here. The grounds looked amazing, and the office staff were super friendly and offered me drinks. Even though I’m not a resident. Great customer service! Would recommend anyone to check this place out. I also want to give a special shout out to Jasmin. She was incredibly responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely kind. She made a big difference in my experience.

  I have lived in this complex for quite some time, and I’ve let a lot of things slide, especially since new management took over. But this I cannot. I’m currently quarantined in my apartment with confirmed positive COVID. We are scheduled to have smoke detectors installed and I contacted management to tell them that we would need to reschedule our day due to my illness. I was told Friday this would be no problem. Today, I’m sleeping in my apartment in my underwear and I wake up to a man standing in the doorway of my bedroom. I stated he couldn’t be here and I have COVID. He was thankfully professional and left. I called the manager Julian to let him know what happened and he apologizes for screwing up. I tell him that this is unacceptable and how am I supposed to feel safe in my own home as a woman who had a stalker last summer (that he had been told about!) he basically just told me it’s in the past now and I shouldn’t feel unsafe. When he stated if there was anything he could do, I stated the least that could happen is a discount on rent or something. He blatantly told me that wasn’t happening and I hung up because I couldn’t stand for the treatment anymore. This is just one of many things that has happened in this complex to me, but is by far one of the most egregious. When prior management messed up they made it right. But new management is an utter mess. I used to recommend this place to anyone who would listen. This was the last straw.
