  Great management, front desk service and maintenance. Countless amenities the building is always clean quiet and inviting. Events are held around our community by management . Its great to be part of this community.

  We unfortunately signed another lease after being there for a 18 months. We were the first tenants of our unit. The unit is decent. Nicer countertops. Decent amount of sq footage. The unfortunate part: zero sound insulation between floors. We heard every tenant above us and quite a few neighbors we talked to moved up to the top level to try to get away from it. You can literally hear every footstep of every tenant. Complaints to management about this will fall on deaf ears. The most recent tenants thought it appropriate to put together their bed frame at 1:15am with a drill. It has been lovely. One window was broken in our 2nd bedroom. We were told it would be replaced repeatedly through the first year and even into the second lease. Every excuse made from Covid to different management to different repair staff. Just before putting rent into escrow and forcing them to fix the window, a miraculous window showed up and was installed. We were compensated $150 in GC for this trouble. There are not enough outlecircuits ran for the amount of outlets in the unit. The panel is just over half full, yet plugging in a couple lamps with LED bulbs and a TV can trip the breaker. All in an effort to save money in electrician costs and supplies. So much more to say but if a window takes 16 month to get fixed, I’ll let you figure out how swell the management is.

  Management is completely useless and incompetent. Rent is astronomical where you pay for amenities that you can’t even use 3/4 of the year. Would never recommend living here.
