  In November of 2025 I sent an email to David Broll titled “Bigger Dreams to Fill.” After a major life change, I wanted to find a property that was better suited for us to enjoy our horses. David helped me purchase the current property I was on 15 years ago so I reached out to him again because I trusted him. I began working with The Broll Team, primarily Steven Broll. We found the perfect horse farm for us to be as active as we want with our own horses and grow into something bigger if we choose too. Words cannot express my gratitude for the guidance and support I received through the entire process from this team. I needed major guidance throughout this entire process and they were there for me.

  Noelle Meyer was a consummate professional in representing us during the sale of my mother's home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and provided exceptional guidance on staging, sales prep and the entire sales cycle. She was very meticulous throughout the entire process to make sure things were handled efficiently and timely. Noelle took pride and personal care in overseeing my mom's home and ensuring it was presented in the most favorable light. I really appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly. She was also very kind and personable during the entire process, returned calls/emails promptly and was always willing to answer questions or go to my mom's house to turn off lights left on inadvertently without any hesitation. Noelle was truly an outstanding representative, and I highly recommend her for any future home sales. We were extremely pleased with the outcome thanks to Noelle!

  We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Noelle. From day one, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. She was incredibly patient throughout the process and never pressured us, instead working alongside us until the perfect fit came along. She consistently went above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even enjoyable. Her support team was equally outstanding, and together they provided excellent communication and guidance every step of the way.   I worked mostly with Hailey, selling the first home I ever bought. It was a starter home and I was a single mom so it needed some work! The whole team was so friendly and helped me with suggestions on what to change and fix, and they even sent someone to give ideas on paint and staging. It is not fun buying or selling a house, but The Broll team made it so much easier, I would definitely use them again because they took so much stress away!
