- MBMark BauerMay 3, 20265.0I have lived here just over a year, and while it may not have the amenities other places do, the pricing is just right, and for the one bedrooms all the utilities and an indoor parking spot makes it even better. I RARELY hear any neighbors due to building construction being what it is. Only bad things are some people can’t figure out how to use the dumpsters correctly, and on weekends near the beginning and ends of the month, the dumpsters get full FAST. Also wish there were some security cameras in places like the garage and the dumpster room, otherwise I can’t really complain much!

She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. In all, it was a great experience. I will definitely recommend Knollwood Towers West to others 🙂
- JAJordan AckerJun 24, 20191.0This place is just awful! In the time that I have lived here I have dealt with numerous maintenance issues, half of which are never solved. My fridge has been leaking water for two years and I have to keep a cup in there to catch the dripping water. I notified them but they never fixed it. The apartment above me had a water leak 3 years ago, they tore open my wall to look at it and despite requesting over 6x they never came and fixed it. Parking is terrible and the construction projects are currently making it even worse. Someone crashed into my car here and of course did not leave a note. The elevators, washers/dryers, and treadmills constantly break down. There is no security measure in place for package delivery and packages mysteriously disappear. The halls smell of smoke most of the time. On top of all that they have raised rent on me 3x. I am actively searching for other options and I suggest you save yourself a lot of miserable nights and look elsewhere!
