  Ive had a pretty good time here. Rent being low is a definite eye catcher, and the previous reviews that were left during tbe reign of previous management were pretty bad and had me skeptical when I first toured the rooms here. All utilities covered under rent, free parking garage that does flood slightly when it rains but never enough for you to be unable to get to your car or anything. Large balcony, large studio apartment, sizable kitchen- but i will say i think they prioritized the main room area instead of kitchen and bathrooms. So expect the kitchen and bathroom to be relatively small, no problems so far either with the plumbing/electrical. A month or so ago marked a full year of me living here, I've had a peaceful time. For cons, only thing I've noticed so far is the water gets turned off pretty frequently- but not for long. Maybe a few hours or just for the day. I believe this is due to the building still being a bit old, and they are replacing pipes to prevent larger issues from happening. Then there's the internet, this might be critical for some so I'll mention it. The cabling for the coax cables that lead into the apartments is all relatively free hanging and probably hasn't be replaced or touched in a while. This became a problem for me during the winter when suddenly my wifi went ka-put due to an old cable finally giving out. I believe a recabling is in the works, but dont count me on it. Another big problem with the internet will be that most of the cables are spliced and split, meaning you'll probably only end up getting half of maybe even 1/4th of your speed that you pay for in your internet bill. I ended up having mine replaced so I'm getting the full speed I pay for now, but its likely you will not all depending. That about does it, in my opinion- this place is great even with the couple cons I mentioned. It took about 1-2 weeks for the internet to be fixed, but thats due to a lot of confusion on the problem. All utilities under rent- especially with it being as cheap as it is... is a great deal. If you look at other places you'll see large prices, AND you have to pay your utilities + parking garage and other quality of life things. Great office staff, great maintenence, and very spacious even as a studio apartment. I only knock a star off due to the internet thing and the water.

  I’ll be honest… I originally left a negative review because of a frustrating miscommunication during a snowstorm. At the time, it felt like things were unorganized and unclear. But after talking with Bekah, my entire perspective changed. Bekah reached out to me directly, took the time to ask real questions, and genuinely listened instead of just giving surface-level answers. The reason miscommunication even happened was because of the bad snow storm. Something that no one had control over. What stood out the most is that she didn’t just do the bare minimum.. she went above and beyond. She communicated with higher-ups on my behalf, gave me clear timelines, and followed through with updates. That type of effort is rare, especially in situations that start off rocky. She’s still actively working with me, and because of how she handled everything, the process has become way smoother and a lot less stressful. More importantly, she’s given me confidence… Not just in her, but in the overall experience here. Bekah, if you see this, keep going. The way you handle people matters more than you probably hear on a daily basis. You turned a negative situation into a positive one, and that says a lot about your work ethic and character. If anyone is considering this place, just know that people like Bekah are the reason things get done right. Couldn’t ask for a better property manager

  Great staff and a clean cozy apartment. It's a great place to live for the price. The only reason I moved was for a larger unit and a dishwasher but if I downgrade I would move here again.
