  We had a difficult property to sell complicated by long dirt roads, blizzards, and Brimson fire. Trent Carda stuck with us and got the job done! He answered every phone call, e mail message timely. Trent then went all over several counties to help us find the perfect home. We dragged him out in all kinds of weather! He never complained His honesty and integrity were outstanding! He kept good records. Communicated well with other realtors, title company ect. When problems came up he smoothed the road. He dug for answers, he let us make our choices. We can’t thank him enough! We are 100 percent satisfied in Trent Carda and Mirabella. Glad to hear they are opening a new office in Nashwauk! We recommend Mirabella and Trent Carda!i hi j
