  Current (new) resident. I haven't lived here 6 months. I absolutely loved this place when we were showed it and immediately wanted to live here. When we did move, we didn't know there's a working train that's constantly going through our bedrooms. There's constant honking from the street right outside our apartment. We moved in June and it's August and there's been too many problems to count. Our freezer went out tthe second week we were here and I lost all of my breast milk and food. I called emergency maintenance over 20 times during the weekend and nobody showed up until the following week. I emailed the office about this and was told it would be brought to corporate attention and I haven't heard back from them on that matter since. Fast forward to August I've lost a total of 4 packages. I've emailed about 3 of those and the third time I didn't recieve any response... Management checked the lockers and did nothing else. Every other place I've lived at when someone's package has gone missing they've emailed the whole building AND checked the cameras. I'm not sure what's going on here but we pay almost 3000 in rent. This place isn't feeling very luxurious. Those are just my personal problems and not even all of the problems we've ran into. At this point I'm not sure what else to do now. Beautiful place, but very masked.

  Quite seriously the very worst organization I've ever dealt with. I was hospitalized for an extended period of time due to a serious medical condition. While in hospital, I was told my REGISTERED roommate could not remain in the hospital since I "wasn't living there". I wasn't late on rent, there were no complaints against me or my roommate, they simply wanted to take advantage of the fact that I was in the hospital for an extended period to try and evict me! Honestly, that's not even the worst thing they've done. I strongly advise you not to lease from any property managemed by Richdale

  I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is nice, the property is well taken care of, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience living here and would definitely recommend it!
