  Neither pool is open and it has been that way for weeks. Also, the elevator has been broken for a month.

  This apartment is marketed and advertise as a luxury apartment. My experience has been anything but luxury. I pay a $90 amenity fee per month and a $75 parking fee per month. The garage doors to get into the apartment are constantly broken and don’t work properly It’s halfway through June and our pool in our courtyard is still empty and disgusting looking The windows in my apartment are faulty, and I’ve told them that before and they need to replace them. They just simply repainted over the ledges around the window to cover up the water damage and there’s still mold growing underneath the windows Blatantly visible when you open the windows There is spray-painted doors in the hallways Eviction notices on a few doors and carts blocking the doors Communication for management has been Abysmal at best So if you’re thinking about renting from them You might wanna think twice I have friends who have lived in this building Since Them opening up leasing to the public, and they all say the same thing Rent goes up but quality of amenities And overall quality of building just declines

  They increased my rent 30% after my first year but can’t find a way to fill the pool… we are well into June and nobody’s even out there working on it. I don’t leave Google reviews often but this needs attention. Can’t waste 3-4 weeks of perfect summer weather in Minnesota, not for what we’re paying.
