  I don’t recommend this place they were all Good until time to move out they charged me ridiculous amounts of money to apparently replace carpet and to Clean walls that weren’t even dirty. They took my full deposit. And they only respond when it’s convenient for them don’t move here.

  I lived at Mallard Creek from May 2020 to October 2024 and had a great experience. The apartments and common areas are kept clean and updated. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. There is a locked package room—often times carriers don’t do a great job at putting the packages in the package room, but I have never had anyone take my stuff (and I buy a LOT of stuff). The heated, underground parking is really safe and convenient. Also abundant lot parking. Management is ok—I didn’t reach out to them often, but whenever I attempted to I rarely ever got a hold of anyone the first try. Maintenance is great; they’re quick and efficient and typically requests get done within a few days. During winter time, they do a great job at getting the lot and sidewalks plowed. The fitness room and pool were not great. They’re both very small. But, if you’re not big on utilizing those, it’s not a big deal. For full transparency, I will also add that if you live in the apartments facing the medical buildings, winter time can be a pain. When it snows, plowers are in that lot ALLL NIGHT (it seems). It’s super noisy and can be hard to sleep. Overall, I’d say mallard creek was a wonderful place to call home! I would recommend.

  The staff here is so wonderful. Both office and maintenance staff are super responsive and make an effort to keep your apartment as comfortable as possible for you. We've had such a great experience and would recommend this place to any of our friends and family!

  I lived at Mallard Creek for almost 2 years, and I only moved because I needed 3 bedrooms. Now that I'm at a different apartment complex, I can see how many great things I took for granted at Mallard Creek. The underground parking is amazing, with stalls that are wide enough to open your doors all the way. Heat and air are adjustable in unit, even if the hallways can get cold in the winter. The storage unit is included in the rent price, and it's a good size. The grounds are very quiet - I never heard any neighbors outside or through the windows. In the entire time I was there, I only had 1 noise complaint. The staff is very friendly and will get back to you (for maintenance or questions) usually the same day or next day. Everything in the unit is oversized - the kitchen, washer/dryer, bathrooms - you shouldn't ever feel cramped. Another convenience is that the mail is central and on your way in, whether you come from the garage or the front door. There's also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
