  This was our third home sold through Home Avenue. This time we worked with Amanda and were so impressed and thankful for what she brought to the table. Adding an MBA in finance as well as a licensed attorney to her 10 years experience as a real estate agent, she was knowledgable to assist us on many levels. She gave wise counsel, but also gave us room to ultimately make decisions. In the end, even though it didn't further financially benefit her, it was important to her to see us get the best possible deal for our home. She was genuinely excited for us when our home sold. We HIGHLY recommend working with Amanda and Home Avenue!

  I would highly recommend working with Home Avenue to sell your home. I just closed on my property and the process was super simple. I went with the Showcase offering and have no regrets. The communication with the office, getting my home on the market, pictures for the MLS and the scheduling service to set up showings was all super easy! I had an offer on my house the first week the house went on the MLS!

  Words are simply inadequate to express what a great experience I had working with Home Avenue and with Rebecca “Becca” McShane in particular. There is no hard sell to purchase additional services! I started with an MLS listing and that process was so helpful and Becca was so great — she held an open house for me, because I had already relocated out of state — that I purchased additional services at quite a fair price! Becca negotiated my sales price and attended the closing in my stead. Moreover, she was in touch with me as much as I needed and/or wanted and made me feel as if I was her only client. If you need or want to save money on selling your home, call Home Avenue and ask for Becca! She’s a talented Realtor and a beautiful person!! An A+ experience! ❤️🙏🏻👍🏻
