  I lived at northeast villas awhile back .. 2010.. i will say I was always comfortable . Mark the manager was a wonderful guy .. no complaints at all .. I thank northeast villa for the experience.. because after leaving it’s been a nightmare for the most part . Other management companies can definitely learn how to conduct business from Bigos..

  I know I read these reviews when I was initially looking moving into the NEVillas, I am going on my second year long lease and will likely re-new again. I am very pleased to call this place home. Big piece of it is the team of people here, both Zach and Andre have been extremely friendly, helpful and understanding people whenever I need to interact with them (which fortunately is not often but when I need them, they are always available) The location is unmatched, at least for my lifestyle. Your 10 minutes from the big city, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, parking is abundant and available so you're not trying to park on the street when you just want to get home from work. All my neighbors have been pleasant people, no issues or bad interactions with anybody. In fact, they are all rather supportive and helpful. The only thing that you should be aware of is the age of the facilities. NEVillas has done a great job at maintaining them and updating them (cosmetically and functionally) but let's call it how it is - expect that there may be small manageable issues here and there. Maintenance has always been same day and prompt. The complex is owned by Bigos management, that being said there is always someone on duty to report to larger issues at any time of day if needed. I have had many of my friends over, they all enjoy the place and find it to be very cozy. If you're considering moving here, I wouldn't be shy! It has been great. Thank you NEVillas team for giving me a solid place to stay!

  Zach is amazing! Not only is he one of the best property managers I know he’s also the best looking! 5 stars all around!

  Finding an apartment has been a struggle this year and it’s always nice when the property manager is nice, respectful, and helpful. Zach was a joy and very passionate about his job. You can tell he has a very good work ethic.
