  My girlfriend and I moved in years ago when it was brand new. We lived on the third floor for 2 years then we moved out. We spent days cleaning the apartment making it spotless to not get a dime of our damage deposit back. They stated that they wanted the apartment to be as clean and perfect as the day we moved in. We had pointed out numerous things that were not perfect prior to us moving in. I even heard that since they built it on on a swamp a tenant on the 4th floor had a crack from their floor to ceiling within the first 2 years of the building being in use. Unfortunately for us they had multiple property managers, so by the time we moved out they claimed everything was immaculate when we moved in because they had kept 0 record of anything. I should have went to small claims court to get my $ back but I did not, if you find yourself in a similar situation i beg of you to do so. They are required to provide you a itemized list of expenses within x ammount of days from move out if theyre keeping your deposit which they never provided me with. That alone is illegal. I became a landlord myself, and promised myself I will not be as terrible as the people running this apartment. The one property manager got a dui and totaled his truck which sat in their lot for over a week. These are the people deciding if you get your deposit back 🙄

  I’ve lived here for about 2 months now and I love it! The staff has all been kind and prompt with their replies, the buildings hallways and common areas are always clean and smell nice. When I moved in there was a welcome gift for me and for my dog! I love the amenities here and feel really safe living here.

  My wife and I are moving from California so we have not been to the site. I first made contact in February and all the contacts has been amazing. I am disabled and use a wheelchair and staff has made adjustments to make our new home accessible for me. I have not had to call for updates and information I need. Jaime, Darlene and Jean have contacted me to keep me up to date. My wife and I are looking forward to our new home. I highly recommend Summit/Arbor Ridge for their outstanding customer service.

  The application and lease signing process was very easy and straightforward. All of my questions were answered within 24 hours. Constructions looks to be moving along, and the property looks very nice. I look forward to moving in when the property opens!
