  If there were a way to give a negative rating, I would. My experience at this property has been extremely disappointing. The property manager appears to abuse her position and consistently treats certain residents with disrespect. I experienced what I perceived as passive-aggressive discriminatory behavior, along with an unprofessional attitude, a short temper, and a complete lack of respect. If you’re thinking that posting a complaint here will lead to a resolution, don’t expect much. The people monitoring these reviews and responding to complaints appear to be the same people being complained about, which creates a serious conflict of interest. There seems to be little to no independent oversight or accountability. One of the most frustrating things I observed was the difference in how residents were treated. In my experience, some people received warm, courteous customer service, while others were met with hostility and impatience. That inconsistency was deeply concerning. Beyond that, the property manager was frequently forgetful, poorly organized, and lacked the professionalism and customer service skills expected in property management. Important matters were overlooked, communication was inconsistent, and problems often went unresolved. Living here felt less like being part of a community and more like being under constant scrutiny. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, management fostered an atmosphere of tension and intimidation. I cannot recommend this property to anyone looking for fair, respectful, and professional management.

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This apartment has so much potential. The community is nice, the neighbors are friendly, and the location is convenient. Unfortunately, the management completely ruined my experience. I ended up breaking my lease and moving out after only 3 months because of the apartment manager, Toshia. She was hardly ever in the office, communication was terrible, and it felt like she was only available when it worked for her. Whenever I tried to ask questions or bring up concerns, I was treated with disrespect. At one point, she yelled at me and told me to leave the office because she claimed I had an attitude. She was very unprofessional and didn’t know how to communicate with residents respectfully. She spoke to people as if they were beneath her and, in my experience, let the power of her position go to her head. I felt she misused her authority instead of helping residents, and I believe that if this continues, it could create an even more toxic environment for tenants. This property could be an amazing place to live, but as long as the current management stays the same, I would not recommend it.

  As a resident of this apartment community for the past 10 years, I am extremely disappointed with the current management. Before Toshia F. became the apartment manager, this was a peaceful and welcoming place to live. Since she took over, I have personally experienced what I believe to be racism, bullying, harassment, and repeated disrespect. Every interaction with her has left me feeling unheard and unfairly treated. I have reported my concerns about her behavior to corporate management, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. If you are a person of color considering renting here, I encourage you to be aware of my experience. I felt racially profiled and treated differently by Toshia, and it made what was once a comfortable home very stressful. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to ensure that every resident is treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.

  I feel truly blessed to have called this community home since 2011. I graduated from high school while living here, and this place has always been more than just an apartment—it’s a welcoming community where you feel like you belong. The staff is kind, the environment is peaceful, and my family loves living here. We plan to stay for many more years. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home and make their dreams come true.
