- NNN.NJul 12, 20265.0This is a very quiet clean complex tucked away in Elk River. It’s a gem of a place here. Very nice to have personal garage parking. Greg is extremely prompt in responding to work orders and very caring as well. Jamie the property manager made my transition moving here very easy too.
- LCLee ClyneMay 19, 20265.03 year resident at Evans Meadows. Jamie is a fantastic property manager and Greg is a great maintainance employee. It's been the perfect place to stay while me and my wife saved for a house, they have a great pet policy as well as in unit washer and dryer!
- MCMolly CMay 5, 20265.0We have been here for 2.5 years and have had a really great experience, especially with the current property manager, Jamie, and also the current maintenance. They are always happy to help, answer questions, etc. When we had an emergency issue with our sink, maintenance was there within a couple hours on a Saturday. Jamie was also quick to replace our washer and dryer once she learned issues hadn't been fixed, and genuinely cared to know how it was working for us. Some of my favorite benefits/features: a garage space is included, can have pets, always have parking lot spots available when you have guests, a well kept pool, nice work out space with a variety of equipment. They did a large renovation last year, so everything is very modern and updated.
