  We have been here for 2.5 years and have had a really great experience, especially with the current property manager, Jamie, and also the current maintenance. They are always happy to help, answer questions, etc. When we had an emergency issue with our sink, maintenance was there within a couple hours on a Saturday. Jamie was also quick to replace our washer and dryer once she learned issues hadn't been fixed, and genuinely cared to know how it was working for us. Some of my favorite benefits/features: a garage space is included, can have pets, always have parking lot spots available when you have guests, a well kept pool, nice work out space with a variety of equipment. They did a large renovation last year, so everything is very modern and updated.

  Only here a few months but so far communication and follow up with any concerns/issues, has been great from Jamie and maintence.

  I have lived here 3 years with no plans of leaving. Great management and maintenance. When there are issues and I call the office my questions or concerns are addressed right away. Maintenance is complete within 24 hours if not less, if parts aren’t needed. Common areas are kept clean. Great place to live!

  Absolute worst place to live and I plan to go up the chain. Living there for four years was the best with the previous property manager. Eric was truly the best and I can’t say enough good things. He made living at Evans Meadow a better environment. It was a friendly environment, all the fun events and good times all the residents use to have. My family and I had no issues until new management came. It’s been nothing but continuous issues, to name a few on 3 different occasions I was told by residents that the current property manager has been sharing my personal business on whether or not I am able to renew my lease or not, and the reasons why. From what I know or heard, that is a violation and property managers are not to share personal information to other residents not even maintenance. Also, my car company, my bank and the company that I work for has told me that the postal service advised them of returned mail stating that it was returned due to Evans Meadows stating that I don’t live there. I can go on about many things especially things from other residents that are extremely unprofessional. Do better, It would be a shame to have more vacant units than you already have.
