Leasing agents really can make or break your experience when touring a place—and that was definitely true for us at Edina Towers. We had seen the apartments online and decided to stop by without an appointment, and thankfully Nate, the leasing agent, welcomed us warmly. He is incredibly patient, communicates clearly, and has been helpful from day one, he’s truly our go-to person whenever we have questions or need anything. Even after we moved in, he continued to check in and support us, which meant a lot. Management has also been exceptional. Sheri, the property manager, takes her time to listen and genuinely cares about residents, always making sure we feel heard and supported. Eric, the assistant property manager, is also consistently friendly and welcoming, which adds to the positive experience every time we interact with the team.
What truly stood out to us is how well everything is run. The building is consistently clean and well-maintained, which is rare compared to other places we toured/lived, and having onsite cleaning staff every day really shows. Maintenance is just as impressive, Chris and Brian are both very friendly and incredibly quick to fix any issues, and our work orders are usually handled within 24 hours. The amenities make it feel like hotel-style living, with a clean 24/7 club room and coffee, indoor pool and sauna open at all times, a business room for quiet work, and an outdoor pool and grill area in the summer. I also love that many residents have lived here for 5–10 years—they’re friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which really adds to the sense of community. On top of that, the personal touch stands out—the staff knew our names and apartment number from day one, and any concern we’ve had has been addressed promptly. Overall, our experience at Edina Towers has been amazing, and we’re so glad we chose to live here.
