  This property is truly exceptional. It is beautiful and remarkably quiet, and the maintenance team has been wonderful. Service requests for the property have been handled very promptly. If I could suggest one improvement to make it absolutely perfect, it would be this: I would appreciate the opportunity to send a personal "Thank You" through the app or in person. It would be a thoughtful touch if a card or a similar slip were left on my counter after service. This post could simply state, "Your service was provided by - [Name(s) of the person(s) who conducted the service]." As no good deed should go unnoticed, this would greatly assist me in expressing my appreciation. Thank You, John Kroger "Sr"

  I have lived in this townhouse for nearly one year, and unfortunately, I must move out due to ongoing concerns about the living conditions and utility costs. First, the upstairs living room does not have an operable window, resulting in almost no natural ventilation. During both winter and warmer months, the lack of airflow makes the space uncomfortable and difficult to breathe in. Second, the gas bills have been significantly higher than expected. I suspect this may be due to an outdated or inefficient heating system, which was not disclosed prior to signing the lease. The excessive utility costs have created an unreasonable financial burden. For these reasons, I have decided to relocate.

  I've lived here for 9 years and highly recommend this place. The onsite maintenance team is awesome and able to fix problems quickly. Management is very responsive, respectful and professional. I am a single male in his 50s, perfect place.

  Older apartment complex serving its purpose. A little disappointed in an unwillingness to take some off the rent when water broke through my ceiling from above and required 1/2 a week of no bathroom use.
