  Today, I had my furnace fan assembly replaced. Sorry, I don't know the maintenance name yet, we are new to this place, and I live in 7160 building, I was so amazed at his experience and cleanness and speed. We are so happy the furnace was fixed on the same day. Thank you for your services today

  I have lived at the Edina location of Oaks Braemar for 2 1/2 years. My first apartment had some issues, but Carolyn, the manager, help get me moved into another apartment, which I’m very pleased with. This is a comfortable apartment complex because the tenants are friendly, And the staff is exceptional. The maintenance man has been here for more than 20 years and knows everything about the apartments, from plumbing to appliances...he’s fast and he just fixes things right away. The housekeeper, Hema, is wonderful! She’s been here about a year and since the day she started, everything has looked better...she keeps the laundry rooms sparkling, and she is so kind and friendly, always ready to help with anything! What used to just be an apartment to me, now feels like a home because of these people!

  poor management, leaking ceilings in the garage/slippery floors, management will turn on/off a/c and heat when they feel like it and turns off your water without notice, they also bang on your door for non-emergency reasons. They building is rarely maintained or kept clean.
