I Live here now with my family and the air in the entire building went out in mid August and they kept putting out false notices that the air would be back on this date and this date but still nothing. Claimed the air system is 50 years old and a part needed to be ordered. That is not the residents fault, if we know the system is bad this should have been taken care of way before hand. So they cut the heat on October 1st which is stupid, man it’s 90 degrees outside and we don’t have any air. We are in this place burning up. This is a big inconvenience to residents. It’s straight humid outside people have children in this building, I’m sure my family is not the only one that’s hot. People pay all their rent in this place but can’t live comfortably this is crazy. Management needs to do something about this. I’m very thankful to have a place to live but when there are issues residents have the right to voice opinions. I really wish they would do better like why is the heat on. At least give people window units and install them to say sorry for the inconvenience. SMH
